Are your products safe for kids and pets?
Yes — when used as directed, GardenIQ products are safe for outdoor use around kids and pets. For best results, keep pets and children off treated areas until dry. Store concentrate bottles out of reach of children and animals.
Are your products organic?
No, our products are not certified organic. However, they’re designed to work with nature, using ingredients like kelp, molasses, humic acids, and fish emulsion. We never include pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, or synthetic growth hormones. Consult the back label of each product for key nutritional details.
Where are your products made?
All of our products are brewed, blended, and bottled in Chicago, IL by a family-owned team with decades of experience in turf care and commercial agriculture.
Can I use your products indoors?
Yes! Our houseplant products — like RhizoCarbon, Doonbeg, and Octane Boost — are perfect for indoor use. All formulas are technically safe indoors, but High Yield is not recommended due to the strong natural scent from fish emulsion.
Can I mix GardenIQ products together?
You can mix products as directed — all GardenIQ fertilizers are compatible with each other and can be safely mixed right before application. However, for best results, check each product page for suggested pairings and usage tips. Some combinations work especially well, like High Yield + Octane Boost for vegetables or RhizoCarbon + Doonbeg for houseplants.
Can I use your fertilizers with hydroponics?
Some GardenIQ products may work in hydroponic systems, but they were designed for soil and soil-like media. We’re currently exploring hydroponic-specific products — stay tuned!
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Not yet — we currently ship to all U.S. states only. International shipping may be added in the future.
Do you offer refill options?
We’re working on it! In the meantime, all of our bottles are durable and refillable — and we encourage you to reuse them whenever possible.
What if my order is damaged or late?
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t show up, contact us at help@gardeniq.com. We’ll make it right. Every order includes tracking, and we process shipments the next business day.
