We stand behind every bottle of GardenIQ. If something isn't right with your order — damaged in shipping, wrong item, or you're not satisfied — reach out to us at help@gardeniq.com within 30 days and we'll work with you to make it right.
Due to the liquid nature of our products and shipping regulations, we are unable to accept return shipments of opened products.
Damages or incorrect orders: Contact us immediately with a photo and we'll resolve it quickly.
Refunds: Processed within 10 business days to your original payment method once approved.
