Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at GardenIQ. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.

Shipping Regions We ship anywhere within the contiguous United States via UPS Ground. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally at this time.

Shipping Rates Orders over $50 ship free. For orders under $50, shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order.

Processing Time Orders placed before 1:00 PM CT are processed the same business day and ship within 2 business days. Orders placed after 1:00 PM CT are processed the following business day. We do not offer same-day shipping.

Shipping Method We ship exclusively via UPS Ground.

Packaging All orders ship in corrugated boxes. Liquid fertilizer bottles are individually wrapped in bubble wrap and plastic wrap to prevent leaks or damage in transit. We do not offer gift wrapping.

Tracking You'll receive a tracking notification via email as soon as your order ships.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, we'll replace it at no charge. For delayed shipments, contact us at help@gardeniq.com and we'll work with you to resolve it.
